Rubinstein, Anton Grigoryevich  (1829 – 1894)
Russian Pianist and Composer. Born in Vykhvatinets, Podolia province, Russia. He made many concert tours in Europe and the United States and founded the St. Petersburg Conservatory of Music. His compositions included 5 operas, 6 symphonies, concertos for piano, cello and violin and other chamber music.
