Herbert, Victor  (1859 – 1924)
American Conductor and Composer. Born in Dublin, Ireland. He composed Babes in Toyland (1903) and Naughty Marietta (1910) both which played on Broadway. Babes inToyland was also released as the classic 1934 Laurel & Hardy film of the same name.
